Order Request Review and Approval FAQ

Q: Is my submission a confirmed order?

A: No. When you submit information through checkout, you are submitting a request to place an order with Super Arbor (an “Order Request”). Any reference to “placing,” “submitting,” or Super Arbor “receiving” an order before approval means only the submission or receipt of an Order Request. It is not an approved order, a confirmed order, or an accepted order.

Q: What does an order number or automated email mean?

A: It means only that Super Arbor received your Order Request. It does not mean that our team approved or accepted it.

Q: What happens during review?

A: Our team may review product availability, product and pricing information, quantities, shipping requirements, delivery location, fraud screening, and other details. We may contact you if we need additional information or propose a change.

Q: When does an Order Request become an approved order?

A: It becomes an approved and confirmed order only if and when Super Arbor sends you an express written approval after our team completes its review. Until then, the Order Request remains pending and Super Arbor has not agreed to sell or fulfill the requested items.

Q: Can Super Arbor decline or change an Order Request?

A: Super Arbor may approve, decline, or propose changes to all or part of an Order Request for any lawful reason, including an error in product or pricing information, lack of availability, shipping limitations, quantity restrictions, suspected fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Q: Can I change or cancel an Order Request or approved order?

A: Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We will review your request based on its current status and our then-current cancellation and return policies. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
