The Keeper® 14 ft. High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features a durable 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock and is corrosion and abrasion-resistant. It is constructed with a metal ratchet and handle, and vinyl-coated S hooks. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing over cargo load and tug to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks cargo into place.
