This panel offers full privacy with tongue-and-groove pickets up to 54 in. high, then transitions to a 15 in. high enclosed picket top. All components are made with durable, low-maintenance white vinyl that never needs to be painted or stained. The panel comes in a ready-to-assemble kit with 15 tongue-and-groove pickets, 1 top rail, 1 mid-rail, 1 bottom rail, 2 U-channels and 23 square pickets.
