The Keeper 12 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features a durable 1 in. Hi-Viz orange webbing to absorb shock and to resist rot and abrasion. It is constructed with a T-handle ratchet for added grip and ratcheting control and vinyl-coated S-hooks to reduce scratches and damages. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over cargo load, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and rachet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure the cargo.
