While we have received the flooring we ordered it was not a stress free endeavor-I needed to verify my identity, which I found out later was probably due to the fact that I ordered for my mother at a different address-then the holidays came and no word-then I get an email that states that my payment hold has expired. I had to call and was explained that the holidays were to blame -an email would have been nice to let the customer know-I was told that I would then get an invoice within 3-5 business days-I received that in day 5 with a note that says it needs to be paid right away or no flooring-I pay that day then got an email the next day to say I still needed to pay-frustrating for sure-then a call to re verify the billing and shipping address-the hoops I have had to jump through. While I am pleased that my mother got the flooring that she wanted it was a frustrating process. The only thing that worked out was delivery-it did come before the email stated as was important because my moms remodel project was getting ready to start. I would use you again if I knew I needed to find discontinued flooring but I wish the process was easier.
