Home Decorators Collection Kolasus White 12 in. x 24 in. Matte Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a soft white background, reminiscent of fine marble. This large format tile has a matte finish for added elegance and it's impressively durable and low-maintenance. Use it as flooring, backsplash, shower surround or for accent walls in residential or commercial settings to create a warm and inviting ambiance. This is a rectified tile, mechanically finished on all sides to achieve uniformity. It's precise sizing allows for a thinner grout joint, which results in a clean, professional install and reduces staining issues.

- Grade 1, first-quality glazed porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
- 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
- Glazed smooth matte finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, corridors, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
- Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
- Slip-resistance/C.O.F. Rating of 0.50 both wet and dry is marginally skid resistant, appropriate for indoor or some outdoor applications
- Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
